Two new colleagues for the amotIQ IQaRS Development Team

The new year at amotIQ automotive begins with two new colleagues, whom we warmly welcome:
Our software developer Lars Assmus joined amotIQ automotive in December. Akshay Darade starts on 4th January 2021 and Andrii Baranov on 11th January 2021.

All three colleagues will strengthen the amotIQ IQaRS Development Team under the leadership of Jan-Niklas Dresbach as project manager and Marco Beicht as sub-project manager technology & development. Lars Assmus, Akshay Darade and Andrii Baranov have many years of development experience and will support us with their know-how in the upcoming development phase.

The whole amotIQ team is happy about this great reinforcement.

Good Partnerships Show in the Crisis

We would like to thank all our customers for the excellent teamwork during the last months, which were difficult for all of us. Thank you for your loyalty. Thank you for your trust. We would like to thank you for the good cooperation, which has enabled us to get through the last few months in good shape and we are entering the last weeks of the year with very good prospects for the coming year.

After many years of close cooperation, we know the requirements of our customers well. Therefore we have thought ahead and have used the crisis to your advantage. Especially this year, we have invested many hours in the development of new solutions for the common future with our loyal customers. The result makes us happy and proud. “Perspective for Young Migrants”

amotIQ supports young people in their career orientation. For the next six weeks the 24-year-old Yusef Alavi is doing an orientation internship at amotIQ automotive in Heilbronn. Yusef is at the IB in Eislingen in the employment agency measure “Perspectives for Young Migrants”. This includes an internship for professional knowledge transfer/operational testing. We are very happy to support this measure!

Yusef is guided through all departments and is allowed to get involved from the very beginning to get a taste of professional IT, process and logistics consultants. First contact person and mentor of Yusef is amotIQ Consultant and Projekt Manager Development Jan-Niklas Dresbach from the amoS team.

New DHBW Student Strengthens amoS Development Team

Since 1 October 2020 Robin Dörschuck completes the amotIQ automotive team. Like our meanwhile “old hand” Yannick Haas, Robin Dörschuck is studying Business Informatics at the DHBW Mosbach in the 6th semester and changes from his previous employer to amotIQ. From mid-October the 27-year-old will strengthen the amos development team.
With Mr. Dörschuck exactly 1/3 of all colleagues are now far below 35 years of age. amotIQ – that means young colleagues with fresh ideas and longtime experienced employees, who all work hand in hand. For our satisfied customers!

We wish Robin a good start at amotIQ and all of us a successful and fruitful cooperation for our customers.

We actt – amotIQ creative think tank

“we actt” stands for amotIQ creative think tank. At amotIQ automotive the promotion of young talents is not just a buzzword, but has been an essential part of amotIQ’s internal work for about two years. After all, one third, nine of the 27 amotIQ automotive employees, are under 36 years old. Among them are young permanent employees who started as students at amotIQ, colleagues in different teams, some of them in parental leave, DHBW students as well as working students of the Heilbronn University. Dedicated, valuable employees, who not only learn from the old hands, but also move a lot and contribute to the experienced teams.

Therefore we have created a program with the aim to make it easier for young colleagues to start their professional life, to share knowledge, to build networks, to bring new wind and new ideas into the amotIQ world and above all, to offer the new amotIQs a professional home. It is a give and take, a win-win situation for all involved. Or simply “we act!”

 

AI – Artificial intelligence at amotIQ automotive

How does AI help the employees in their everyday life? How can processes in industry be improved by AI? When is AI useful? And how does AI actually work?
AI expert Fabian Kuhn and a group of amotIQ employees developed numerous, useful AI measures for industry in a Workshop.

Predictive Networks, Supervised Learning, Outlier Detection – what initially sounded complicated was gradually demystified in the course of the very productive day of lectures. Afterwards numerous ideas flowed about how our amotIQ customers will benefit from our new know-how in the future. We would like to thank Fabian Kuhn for his excellent workshop in Heilbronn, where in cooperation with amotIQ employees a whole pool of ideas with useful AI measures was created. Together we are now taking the first steps into Artificial Intelligence and will soon  implement all our new ideas for our customers.
