At amotIQ automotive we have employees with unique personalities working together. That suits us! According to this maxim, we support our employees individually, according to their abilities and inclinations and respect the individuality of each inimitable colleague.

At amotIQ, our team of employees finds flat hierarchies, an appreciative corporate culture, a positive attitude towards family and parental leave and trusted flexitime. It is important to us to maintain our corporate culture and to successfully develop projects together with our employees. Because we want to develop together, we always consider ideas, suggestions, criticism and suggestions for improvement. In addition, we conduct conversations with employees annually to find out if further personal developments are required. For example, each year we provide further education for all full-time employees.

We work to live. Everything else would be no fun.

Each employee works on his or her own responsibility and very independently at our company. Joint activities, events, celebrations and meetings, also outside of our business premises, therefore serve to further education, professionally and culturally, or to engage in sports and to simply spend quality time together. During our leisure time events, all employees have the opportunity to come together in a relaxed atmosphere and to get to know each other better by having fun and playing games. At our summer party we have a relaxed barbecue together. Sometimes we watch a soccer game together. For our annual Christmas party partners and family members are invited as well. At the Christmas party we clink glasses in a festive atmosphere and look back at our successful past year. At customer events, our customers get to know us privately during relaxed discussions with a cold beer. And if we want to take a trip together again, we will. Everything is allowed, no commitment.

Health and sports. We are fit for business.

If you work in a healthy working atmosphere, you will also achieve productive top performance. That’s why we want our employees to be fit, healthy, self-balanced and highly motivated. We offer the oportunity to be physically active to everyone who is interested. To achieve this goal, our teams participate in attractive sports events, triathlons, company races, sailing trips or motorbike tours several times a year.
