Peter Heidecke von amotIQ automotive pr\u00e4sentierte anschaulich und eindrucksvoll, wie Industrie 4.0 bereits jetzt in der Automotive-Branche genutzt wird.<\/b><\/div>\n<p><b>Industrie 4.0 gibt Impulse f\u00fcr eine wirtschaftliche Fertigung<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Die Industrie ist heute schon in der Lage, integrierte Prozesse zu fahren. Die Protokolle der Vernetzung zwischen Maschine und Maschine werden k\u00fcnftig alle Entscheidungen ma\u00dfgeblich beeinflussen. Deshalb wird sich die Anforderung an den Faktor Mensch gravierend \u00e4ndern&#8221;, so die Prognosen von Peter Heidecke. Der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von amotIQ automotive stellte seinem Publikum zun\u00e4chst die aktuellen Trends in der Automobilwirtschaft vor. Anschlie\u00dfend verglich er die Automobilfertigung in Europa und Asien sowie deren Lieferkonzepte anhand der Praxisbeispiele Montage T\u00fcrverkleidungen und Schrauber. &#8220;Bei einem einzigen Modell eines deutschen Automobilherstellers ergeben sich theoretisch mehr als 2.000 Varianten,&#8221; so Heidecke.<\/p>\n<p><b>Auf dem Weg zur vierten industriellen Revolution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Die Zukunft der Industrie ist automatisiert&#8221;, bewiesen alle sechs geladenen Fachm\u00e4nner des Mosbacher Industrieforums mit ihren Vortr\u00e4gen. Die etwa 100 Teilnehmer der Veranstaltung erhielten praktische Einblicke in das Fertigungs- und Informationsmanagement von f\u00fcnf Unternehmen aus der Region. Nach einer Einf\u00fchrung in das Thema durch Prof. Dr. Christian Kuhn von der DHBW stellte Matthias Mayer von der W\u00fcrth AG das Bestanderfassungssystem seines Unternehmens vor. Wie die MPDV Mikrolab GmbH Manufacturing-Executive-Systeme (MES) positioniert erl\u00e4uterte Markus Diener. Dr. Philippe Isabey referierte \u00fcber die Vernetzung intelligenter Systeme bei der Wittenstein AG.
